When will my order ship?
Our warehouse strives to process all orders within 24-48 hours, including orders that select Express Shipping options. Shipping times listed above begin once the order is processed and your package leaves the warehouse facility. Please note that we are still experiencing intermittent shipping delays due to ongoing nation-wide disruptions.
What if I need my order faster?
Expedited processing is available in some instances, and for an additional $10 warehouse rush fee. Call 513-721-6659 or 800-543-1813 during normal business hours (ET) to discuss expedited shipping options for your order. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (ET) may not be eligible for same-day processing.
What about weekend and evening orders?
Orders placed over the weekend or outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. We are unable to accommodate expedited requests outside of normal business hours.
Do you have next day delivery?
If ordering by phone before 11:00 a.m. (ET), we may be able to accommodate next day delivery. Highly dependent on your location. Fees apply.
Why is there no guest option for checkout?Forward Movement’s shopping cart is set up to ensure the best customer service possible. Creating an account ensures that our team can fix errors without any delay in shipment, and allows repeat orders to be placed with ease.
What if I fogot my user name or password?
